The Wusthof WT3069720301 formerly known as the 4450 is the updated and latest version of the superbly engineered Wusthof Whetstone.
This dual sided Wusthof whetstone has a coarse and a fine side for re-sharpening and fine polishing. The coarse side has a grit count of 400 and the fine side has a grit count of 2000 (Japanese), or 240 and 800 (European). It is suitable for use with both water or oil.
