The Lion Sabatier® Edonist 2 piece Far Eastern Knife is a fully forged knife made from high quality N4116 Nitro+ steel. The blade is sharp, strong and hand finished and polished to give it a contemporary modern styling.
The blade is Rockwell hardness 58° which is the same as a Global knife which means it will not rust or corrode. It has an excellent edge retention and not suitable for dishwashing - hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent, rinse, dry immediately and store safely.
